  1. GROUPS

    • Contact us for group rates if booking three or more units.

  2. GENERAL

    • The owners reserve the right to refuse clients. We will not be held responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for the loss of money or valuable of any kind.
    • The customer will be held liable for any damage to domes, property, fixtures, fittings or furnishings and will be charged accordingly.

  3. PETS

    • We have two pet friendly 8meter Domes: 1969 and Wolastoq

  4. SMOKING

    • Smoking is not allowed in any of our units. Smoking outside is permitted.

  5. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

    • Check-in after 3pm, Check-out before 11am.
    • If you are coming later than 5pm please contact us to arrange Late check in options.

  6. WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE

    • None of our domes are wheelchair accessible.

  7. TV/WI-FI/PHONE

    • We do not provide TV/ telephone/ Internet in any of our domes.

  8. BEDDING & TOWELS

    • Bedding, towels and kitchen linen is provided by us and included in the rate.

  9. HOT TUBS

    • Every dome has its own wood-fired hot tub. Note: hot tubs may not be in use at certain times during the winter due to the risk of freezing.
    • Every dome has its own Wood fired hot tub with extra charge.

  10. VISITORS

    • We highly value the privacy of our guests. No visitors are allowed in any of our units, unless previously approved by staff.

  11. QUIET HOURS

    • Quiet hours after 10pm. Please respect our other guests, that are looking for an early night!

  12. KITCHENS

    • All our units come with a fully-equipped kitchen, including a microwave oven, mini-fridge, tea kettle, coffee maker, induction stove with suitable pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. Any damage to appliances will be the responsibility of the customer and will be charged accordingly.

  13. BBQ

    • All our units come equipped with barbeques and propane tanks. Barbeques must be cleaned after use.

  14. DISHES

    • Please clean all dishes before leaving the dome.

  15. BONFIRE

    • Bonfires may be allowed on site, only in designated areas.

  16. HIKING/SNOWSHOEING

    • We have hiking trails on our own property which in winter are good for snow shoeing.

  17. FIREWORKS

    • The use of fireworks is not permitted.

  1. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

    • 2-Night minimum stay.
    • Deposit of $150.00 required at time of booking.
    • Remaining amount due upon arrival.
    • All charges are in Canadian dollars.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

    • Refund of Deposit minus $25 Cancellation fee.
    • Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 7 days of your booking.
    • Date changes can be made up to 7 days prior to your stay.
